Before you book
- How do I make a booking on your website?
Easy…. click search for your airport transfer and enter your requirements. Next, select your transfers, then follow through the simple and secure checkout procedure. Once payment is made, we will email to confirm your booking.
- What information do I need in order to book?
You will need your
- card payment billing information
- Flight number for all journeys
- For arrivals in to Geneva you need to provide your LANDING time
- For departure flights leaving resort you need to provide your take off time
- Mobile number
- Accommodation address
When you have all the above, you can book your airport transfer
- I cannot find a route I want to book?
- How do I pay for my transfer?
All bookings are confirmed with our quick, easy and secure online payments system. You can pay with all major debit or credit cards. Once payment is made your transfer will be confirmed. What are you waiting for? Book your airport transfer now!
- Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?
Yes you can, subject to availability. Please contact us with your requirements and we’ll advise if we can provide a suitable transfer for you along with a quote.
- Do you provide baby and child seats?
Yes we do. Please select which seats you need during the booking process and we will provide them free of charge. Your requested baby/child seats will be stated on your booking confirmation. If you are unsure or have any questions then please contact us.
- I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?
We will provide transfers to/from alternative resorts, subject to availability. Please contact us with your requirements and we will let you know if we can provide your transport.
Before you travel
- What luggage entitlement will I have?
Our long wheel base vehicles have large boots, ideal for carrying your luggage and ski equipment. If you have a bike or other large luggage, then please make sure you add this during the checkout process. If necessary, we will bring a box trailer. If you are unsure then please contact us with any questions
- Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?
When you arrive, your transfer driver will meet you in the arrivals hall, with your name on a board (unless we advise otherwise). To cater for all airport transfer days and times, we sometimes work with trusted partners who may have a different meeting point. If this is the case, we will inform you in advance. If you can’t find your driver then please contact +44 7534 801 436 and make your way to the Hub & Co cafe in arrivals.
- What happens if I can’t locate my driver?
If you can’t find your driver at the airport then please call +44 7534 801 436 and we will contact your driver. In the meantime. please go to the Hub & Co cafe in arrivals and we will let your driver know to come find you there.
For departure transfers, please wait an extra 10 minutes after your scheduled pickup time. If your driver still hasn’t arrived then please contact us on +44 7534 801 436 .
- My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?
Our minibuses seat 8 people. If your numbers have changed then please contact us straight away and we will organise extra seats or another vehicle to cater for you new group size.
- How long will the transfer take?
Morzine – Geneva airport 80 minutes
Les Gets – Geneva airport 70 minutes
Avoriaz – Geneva airport 100 minutes
St Jean D’Aulps – Geneva airport 90 minutes
